    I have gold subscription, and I want download a xbox 360 game on my xbox one; I can not download because is child perfil .

    The game is free in game with golds, how I can download it?

    360 games don't need an active gold membership if bought with games with gold

    It is only xbox one games with gold that work that way like theory said

    Unlike psn you don't need an active membership for psn plus to download games with gold 360 games

    As long as you queued it while it's free it's yours

    Just not one games

    XBOX GOLD membership on Xbox one but won't download available Xbox 360 backward compatible game

    I have a similar problem. I no longer have a 360, but I have gold on my Xbox One. When I go to download Battlefield 3 I see that it says "Gold Exclusive Price: Free" but when I click "download to Xbox 360" I get directed to the payment page asking me to
    pay $19.99. Do I still have to have an active 360 to get this game free with gold?

    No exactly sure about what your issue is but you could try logging in to xbox.com and getting it from there. If that doesn't work if you would provide more details maybe someone could assist further.

    To claim xbox 360 games with bc for xbox one you need a valid method of payment linked to your account, in this case a purchase of 0,0$ will be registered. Since yours is a child's account and can't make online purchases you can't claim the game. Ask the
    holder of your parent account to do this for you so you can gameshare.

    You can share gold with your parent's account through xbox home setting in order to allow that account the possibility to claim the games with gold for you.

    If you do get an Xbox Live Gold membership for your Xbox 360 don't forget each month to redeem the Games WIth Gold games for both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One, this way if you do purchase an Xbox One at a later stage as long as you still have an active Gold
    subscription the Xbox One games will be available for you to download and play in addition to the Xbox 360 games.

    It is listed as active, i can download the 360 games with gold no problem.

    I have no billing issues and am fully signed in.

    I can click on the free xbox one game, it comes up with the box that says "get for xbox one", then the confirm screen, but then the error appears.

    Hi, Xbox 360 games do not require an active Gold account to play. So, if your Gold subscription expires you will still be able to download Xbox 360 games that you have previously downloaded.
