Problem to connect xboxlive

hello

i played diablo3 online today and my console disconnectet the xboxlive.

later i tried to connect the xboxlive but nothing works. please help me a friend said i have maybe a ip ban

so please check it IP: 192.168.178.22

What happens when I want to go back and play Xbox 360 games after 2025?

Well, on me old 360 the internal clock is not even working any more, so wont be a problem.

XboxOne has lot bigger issues in 2025.
Because by then XboxLive has ceased to exist.
And without XboxLive you cannot use XboxOne!!!

No, seriously: If XboxLive no longer exists, then your XboxOne cannot connect to it, and if it cannot connect, it will not run your games.
-that's how XboxOne is built, and that is the main reason I will not ever buy it.
( at least with PS4 one can play games whether PSN is on or not).Click to expand...

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems connecting to xbox live, A couple of quick things, have you checked your connection settings? You could also check to make sure your Security information is up to date on account.live.com and redownloading your
account on the xbox after clearing your system cache, which you can do at settings>system>storage, hover over any storage device, and press the Y button and clear system cache 3 times, restart your xbox and try redownloading your profile.

i cleard the cache and for one time the redownload startet but stopped a second later and a message said i cant download profil now. have no idea what i can do

my last xbox was banned

i paid a new one and have more and more problems

i would never buy one more of this *** -.-

i am sorry to hear that your having problems with you wifi connection

if your disconnecting from xboxlive using wifi

then it maybe not be secured which means hat other people may use your conection

if your using the wireless apdapter

they is problems with that many of my friends had problems with the apdater because it disconnects you because of the coverage to xboxlive between your router to apdater which is connected to the xbox.

the best thing to do is using wired to connect to xboxlive which decreases the chance of disconnecting from xboxlive compared to the wireless

It could be a number of things causing it.

Have you tried connecting wired and wireless? are you having issues connecting to the internet on your PC/Laptop etc? have you reset you modem/router?

Would be worth checking the "Support" pages at the top of this page and check the link below, the site has helped loads of people over the years with various broadband/Xbox Live issues.
