Problem successes and progress Unravel HELP !

Xbox one Success Bug

Hi,

My sucess are bugged on two games :

Unravel and Maldita castilla Ex.

Made plenty success on them while i was offline

I tried many things listed as DL again account, relog, of course online and it still at 0% success ( while u can see pretty easy in game i did lot of things... )

Thanks to support to debug this manually because i can't do more to get them

hello, i bought game unravel the 9 feb 2016 but when i play the succes are not unbloked, i try to uninstalled game, i deleted my accounts and i unplugged the consol but still nothing, can you help me please!!!!!!!!

With another profile on the same console there is no problem.

I unlocked 4 achievements last night on Unravel - 3 unlocked fine (The end is not the end, Renewed & Flow) but 'No stone unturned' has stayed locked - despite all 55 secrets showing (as being found) in my game!!!

It's just not good enough!

And well, it there saddens me largely to see that so many players also have this identical problem in mine, if I may allow myself for has a share in me, I have was obliged of past several times by the support Xbox which in finity to pay off to me simply
