    I have posted this before, ever since I was made to update to the new preview dashboard I have not been able to view my friends list.

    WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO FIX THIS?!

    Does anyone have a solution that WORKS?! I have posted in the preview forums, I have submitted a bug error and no one responds to me. Please tell me someone has had this same problem and has found a solution. I will greatly appreciate it if you do.

    Still not solved

    Hello Godofwar7375,

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved, although
    they have provided us with occasional fixed deposit cycles. Again, since we cannot manipulate user's billing information or access their commerce accounts, we must rely on this other team to provide a resolution for this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Still not solved

    Now I posted a few days go the issue I have had for several years. It still is not solved. I know that my rewards can be given to me despite the error my account is giving. The credit has been placed into my account before. I would like my credit please.
    I am tired of the runaround. Please deposit my credit.

    I'm sorry to hear you are having this issue. I have the preview build too and have not experienced this. Have you tried logging out and logging back in to your account. Also have you tried resetting the console by holding the power button down for 10
    seconds, disconnecting power, wait 5 minutes and reconnect. Also please check your network by using the network guide here
