Problem starting Farming Simulator 19.

Yesterday I bought the game Farming Simulator 19 in the xbox store. I pre downloaded it. Now I want to play but the game doesnt work. When I start the game you will see the main screen and then he pops back to the xbox main screen where you can start the
game.

When I delete the game and reinstall it he says instant that he is installed but he doesnt count the GB of my hard drive he only counts the 4 GB that he reserves to make a save game.

Can Anyone help me please??

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Farming Simulator 19 since it launched today. You may wish to try a physical power cycle to your console as an initial troubleshooting step then attempt to launch the
game again.

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button
   on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button
   on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

However, if you are getting a consistent launch issue, then its recommended that you try to troubleshooting using our

Game Freeze solution. It will take you through further troubleshooting steps that should alleviate the issue.
