Problem starting a game

Hello! I'm talking about SoT. I have already installed and updated SOT. SO i have just updated the Xbox Game Pass (just 10 minutes ago and it's done in payment and it results ok in the account). But when i start SoT It starts, DOESN'T give any error, and
close...tried to restarted, and nothing. Xbox App works fine. How can i do?

Sorry but this hasn't worked for me yet, still get to the same place right after the cutscene when it says "RYSE SOM OF ROME" and then cuts out and restarts the machine

I was able to get this to work by holding my finger over the power button on the console. Keep holding your finger there even after it shuts down. Wait about 30-60 seconds and power your system back on.

After that I was able to play my games again.

Thank you. But i have already tried all, founded 3 guide in the sot forum and in the microsoft forum, but nothing. I have also reinstalled the graphic video driver.

For the second link, in the advanced option i have only the reset. i don't have any repair button and i can't uninstall..i have a bad connection, it takes more than 2 days to reinstal. ANd also the reset doesn't works

3. Select This PC and click on Temporary files.
4. Select Temporary files.
5. Click Remove files.
6. Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

If the issue persists, I recommend that you sign in as a different user on your computer to check if you will be able to play the game.
