    Problem Since the Feb Update


    Problem for my xbox one ever since the Feb update......I can no longer shut down my console using voice commands.

    -

    I say "xbox turn off" and then the dialogue box pops up that says "turn off xbox? Yes or no". Voice commands no longer work at this point. I have to manually choose "yes"... or "no" for that matter.

    -

    Anyone else?

    I have this problem too. It has been happening since the feb 2015 update.

    Lol..... honestly I don't know....i've never even tried gestures. Hmmmmm......howmdomypu activate gestures?

    Hmm haven't had this issue. Did you try recalibrating or a hard reboot?

    I'm the same. It will go to shut down but when I say yes it does nothing. Have to select it with the controller. Had no probs with it before!

    Mine still shuts down but it quit turning all my other stuff on & off.

    I have to admit this has happened to me a few times also. Just trying to turn it off. I think i'm going to re-calibrate. Havn't done it yet after the update. Hoping that will solve the problem.

    Might try recalibrating but I can't see it making a difference. All other commands still work. Just that last yes to turn it off is not. Very frustrating!

    Happened to my friend with the update. Turn on energy saver, power off, power back on, hold the power button for 10 seconds to reboot. You can turn energy saver off when done. This should work.

    Yeah I'm having the same issue. I'm going to try to recalibrate and see how that works. Works fine on my girlfriends Xbox One still so dunno. I'll let you know if it helps.
