    Problem signing in to XBox 360


    I am getting the folllowing error when trying to sign in to Live on my XBox 360. I am signed in to my XBox One S without any trouble and have checked the password about ten times. I recently upgraded to ultimate.





    so far I have tried deleting the cache. Then tried deleting the profile and redownloading. I get the same error codewhen I tried to sign in initially and also after deleting the profile and trying to redownload it.

    The main reason I want to sign in is to upload my saves to the cloud.

    Edit: I have also gone to the account.live.com link and nothing seems out of the ordinary.

    It seems that there are some players on Xbox 360 experiencing the same issue as you.

    I'm starting thinking that could be a temporary issue with the Xbox 360 servers

    By the way, I already let Microsoft know about this issue in that thread, hopefully an agent is going to reply as soon as possible

    If the issue persist please try waiting couple hours or even until tomorrow to see if the issue finally gets fixed.

    Hi and thank you, I can sign into my profile no problem, but even if i am trying to play a game via a disc, it asks for my sign in,

    It is all fine,but after i add my password, there are two options, tick boxes to say either save password or not, but i cannot even click on

    either of these options, as on the right hand side, there is a circling icon, which im guessing is trying to connect, but it never does, then i get this:
