    Xbox One X won't play 4K from Sky Q through input and output HDMI Connection

    The HDMI IN on the XBOX ONE / ONE S / ONE X are all just 1080P there is no 4K pass through on those consoles.

    The Xbox One S Supports 4K Bluray and 4K screen resolution - not 4K gaming

    The Xbox One X Supports 4K Gaming, 4K Bluray and 4K screen resolution

    - Game developer has to make the game 4K

    - 4K pass-through is a hardware feature that does not exist within the console. You'd be better

    off running your 4k Sky Q into the TV directly. (the xbox is doing what it's designed to do)

    my xbox one S can't output 4K solution to my 4K TV(Philips BDM4350UC), and the screen says my TV can't support 60hz in 3840 x 2160. But My TV, Philips BDM4350UC, did support 3840 x 2160 @ 60Hz. Please help us to solve this problem. Thank you!

    What is the exact brand and model of your 4K display? Is it a TV or a monitor? This information would help.

    According to the user manual (Page 19-20, manual download found on this webpage), you would be able to get 4K/60Hz if you plugged your Xbox One X into "HDMI-1" of your
    monitor. This is the only HDMI port on that monitor that is able to support that resolution and refresh rate. Also, in the monitor setup menu, make sure "HDMI1 Format" is set to "2.0".

    According to the user manual (Page 19-20, manual download found on this webpage), you would be able to get 4K/60Hz if you plugged your Xbox One X into "HDMI-1" of your

    I think There is a problem with your TV.

    Try to connect your xbox on another 4k screen. If it's working, that's mean that your first screen have a problem

    If you somehow can do this, it is down-sampling, yes, and it may not be doing a very good job. For example, your screen may not have the full screen showing or there may be other problems when viewing the screen when 4k is the input.

    I didn't think the xbox one could send a 4k signal to a non-4k display.

    Your monitor also has to support HDR10 for any HDR to work.
