    Problem running on Surface Pro3

I have a Surface Pro 3 and the Bingo game has always been flaky, When it connects, I can play for an extended period of time - I have reached the Australia level. The problem is that I can almost never get connected anymore. It starts, displays the spinning
"connected" wheel, logs me in to my Xbox account and displays the "Australia" screen. Sometimes it will even play a few musical notes (even though I have that feature turned off). Then it crashes and disappears.

    I tried:

    • Closing.
    • Closing where the tiles flips over.
    • Rebooting.
    • Uninstalling and reinstalling (with various reboot combinations)
    • Resetting the store with wsreset.exe
I don't have this problem with other programs or games. What should I do next?

    :)

    can't sign in

I am using the Microsoft Music app (v2.6.672.0) on my Surface Pro3 tablet running Windows 8.1 with all updates current. When I open the app to play music, it tries to sign in to my Microsoft account but it fails and tells me to "try again". When I try again, it
gives me an error message 0xc00d11cd (0xc101000c). In the past, it has always signed in successfully on its own and I do not understand what is causing this error to occur now. Any help would be appreciated.

    Problem running on Surface Pro3

Ditto with me as well with my Surface Pro 3, and I'm pretty frustrated. I've tried the steps from the two posts by Helen Casper (the applicable steps, anyway) in this thread as well with no improvement:

    forums.xbox.com/.../1805845.aspx

If it was just a free game, I'd probably just bag the whole thing, but I've been playing Bingo for quite a few months & have spent money on it.

Forgot to mention I've also turned off ClearType as suggested on Facebook, and that doesn't help, either :-(

The following workaround seems to work consistantly!!!

Before starting Microsoft Bingo change your screen resolution on your Surface Pro3 to something smaller then the recommended 2160x1440.

    1. Swipe from the right and select Settings.
    2. Select Change PC Settings.
    3. Select PC and devices then Display.
    4. Move the bar until the Resolution is 1920 x 1440 and hit Apply then Keep Changes.
    5. Start Microsoft Bingo and voil !
Note: Once you are up and running and can select things in the Bingo game, you can change your resolution back to the recommended 2160 x 1440 but you may get screen flashing while playing and have to repeat the steps above.

    Hope this works for you!!

  7. Please try the following, if the above does not resolve your issue:

    1. Go to Display, click on ClearType settings on menu to the left

    2. Uncheck the ClearType box & click next at the bottom of the window.

    3. Go through the rest of the wizard by hitting next, do not change any settings. Hit finish.

    4. Restart.

    5. Go to Display properties. You'll see a property at the bottom to change the size of various system text. Set the title property to bold.

    6. Run the ClearType wizard again, again changing no settings.

    7. Restart.

    8. Go back to the system text settings. Remove the bold.

    9. If Bingo still doesn't work, run the ClearType wizard again now that it is not bold & restart.

    10. Bingo should work without issues now.
