    Hi,

    I have a problem with an old ban, the suspension was suposed to last until the 26/08/2017.

    Actually It's 15/09/2017 and I still can not talk with other players.

    You asked where to go for your suspension and you were answered. Anything related to Xbox LIVE suspensions are to go to the

    Account Suspension Forums    , as you were told in your previous threads, and are to remain there. Discussion of suspensions in other forums are not allowed.

    Enforcement Action

    Console suspensions are not listed on the enforcement site since they're not eligible for review. Unfortunately there is no way to find out specifically what caused it so it could be something that is not related to the account suspension you received or
    if you've had previous suspensions it could just be due to having a lot of prior suspensions.
