Problem registering my Xbox One

    Problem registering my Xbox One


    Just tried to register my Xbox one but it won't accept my phone number. Tried home and mobile and used the international dialling code (+44 in the UK). Anyone else having this problem and how do I solve it?

    Problem with registering my Xbox One.

    Tried to register my Xbox one to myservice.xbox and I kept getting this error message:

    An error occurred. Please try again.

    The serial number entered is already registered to you. To manage this device, select it from the registered devices list. Or, enter a new serial number and try again.

    It says I have no devices even registered.

    Can anybody help?

    If it says that the serial number has already been registered to you, then have you check the list of registered devices to see if it was listed?

    The Myservice website is broken now for many months for lots of people. Says same message for me whenever I access it. Pretty well nothing you can do until MS with their mighty web presence realise it is broken and fix it!!

    My only problem is that the 360 achievements never register. It takes me a couple of days for the xbox one achievements to come through
