    Today when I went to play
    xbox 360 I noticed something strange,
    my xbox 360 was in a different language, and
    I come across a warning "Le Xbox LIVE n'est pas disponible sur console dans votre région", I was
    researching what it was and did not find
    much information until I logged on the
    xbox site and found that the region of
    my account was changed and it was
    not me, someone changed the region
    of my business ...

    Gamertag downloaded again,
    but this really changed the region,
    already changed the password to prevent
    any problem.

    I come to ask you to please
    help me fixing my account
    by putting the correct region that is Brazil.

    I have Live Gold, and due to
    this problem can not play GTA
    5 online as the current region has no connection to
    Xbox LIVE.

    Hoje quando fui jogar xbox 360 notei algo estranho, meu xbox 360 estava com um idioma diferente e me deparo com um aviso "Le Xbox LIVE n'est pas disponible sur console dans votre région", fui pesquisar o que era isso e não encontrei muitas
    informações, até que loguei no site da xbox e descobri que a região da minha conta estava alterada e não foi eu, alguém alterou a região da minha conta...

    Baixei novamente a gamertag, mas realmente esta alterada a região, já alterei a senha para previnir qualquer outro problema.

    Venho pedir por favor para que me ajudem consertando minha conta, colocando a região correta que é o Brasil.

    Eu tenho live Gold, e devido a esse problema não consigo jogar o GTA 5 online, pois a região atual não tem conexão com Xbox LIVE.

    Me desculpem pelo meu inglês novamente, aguardo a ajuda do suporte.

    Swapping regions for cheaper deals?

    Not only is It breach but You.will lose money doing So

    First and foremost selecting anothrt région You dont actually live in will only end with bad downlowds

    Also currency doesnt transfer between régions

    And You Also.need a.valid billing méthod in That new région as per thé.migrations tool conditions

    Outro problema, eu recebi um email avisando que minha live gold de 12 meses foi cancelada...

    Eu assinei a gold em dezembro de 2013, eu ainda tenho 6 meses de live gold.

    Estou desesperado, sou meio leigo quanto a isso e não sei o que fazer...

    Me ajudem a resolver esse problema por favor!

    It sounds like your account was accessed by someone else. You should contact Xbox Phone support for your region ASAP ( Brazil 0800 891 9835) and open an unauthorized access case.

    Hi Kalendare,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with your payment option. With this error, usually means your billing address on your profile, or the address on the debit/credit card do not match. For example you are using French card
    but your billing address is another region. Also your
    console location     needs to match the others.
