    Hi there,

    I have a problem about region/location where i live, im from panama but my XBOX ONE dont have panama location, so, i put mexico predertemined, when i enter bazar/Marketplace i wanna buy one especific game is called "LOST ODYSSEY", but when i try to buy this
    game, show me local money is predertermined mexico money, and i wanna pay with my local money is Dolar$, how i can buy a game? I need to buy a XBOX GIFT CARD or there is a other way to buy a game from marketplace?...

    Does your account region match your physical location? Usually when a download stops at 99% it's a location problem. If your account region and physical location don't match you will have issues downloading content. Some content is region locked and can
    only be downloaded in the region's it's available.

    Can't Download Sleeping Dogs (Region Error)

    the problem is you have to have 3 things match to download region locked content: location of account, location of console, and physical location, so if your console is not from Brazil but your account and location are you will run into that region lock
    issue and there is no way around it short of buying a Brazil region console sorry.

    Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. The Xbox store is not supported in the region of Panama. The regions to select from while in Panama are Argentina, Chile, Mexico and Brazil. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Different region?

    Here’s how to change the region associated with your Xbox One console:

    There's the region of the Xbox console and there's also the region of your Xbox Account.

    To change the region of your Xbox One Console -

    - Go to Settings > System > Language & Location

    - Choose your Language & Location and then restart the xbox for that to take affect

    If your account was set to another region you might need to change that but just try and change the region of the Xbox first.
