Problem reedim title in Games of Gold

Hi,

I have a problem redeeming "Gears of War 4" included in Games Of Gold, as the "Get" button is not displayed.
I think it's caused by the fact that the game is also included in my Game Pass subscription.
How can I make sure that when the game is canceled from the Pass, it continues to be available in the Gold?
The message says I still have 29 days, but to do what? Thanks for your help.

Hi there,

If you use one of the companion apps either mobile or PC you can get the game with that instead.

I used the Xbox app for Android, and I could click on "Get".
The 29-day screen remained the same, but the app confirmed the successful procedure.
Evidently it is a lack of alignment of the state on the website .... thanks for the help Buachaill Dona

UK here too, and no problem downloading the games for gold free titles.

I have also download the last 3-4 free games with gold as well as purchasing separate titles with no problems to date.
