Problem redeeming.

About a week ago I got a code from my friend claiming that it was Halo 5. So I went to Xbox.com and redeemed it. (I didn't have an Xbox One by that time) I logged in to my account and everything redeemed it fine too, gave me confirmation and all good! Then
now I don't know how to find it and download it on my Xbox One. And If I tried to put it in again it tells me it's been used already! How do I find the game?

Redeeming problem

I know the problem now. My account just says it's free but actually I'm Gold but there are some features of Gold I can't use. I can still play multiplayer in games and watch Youtube or whatever but the 'Games with Gold' Feature is unavailable with Gold Trial.

So, I bought an Xbox Live Gold code on eBay and redeemed it afterwards. The code was a Wrigley or something 7-day trial. The system accepted the code. But, when I turned on my Xbox, my membership says it's still free. I checked the 'Account' tab on the Xbox
Dashboard, there were two memberships, one free and the other one Xbox LIve Gold 7 Day Trial and I cant picked gold because it was not bold. the xbox live free was the only one bolded. Help......

If so, go to My Games & Apps and scroll to the right to a section called "Ready to Install". Let that sit for a few minutes until content populates there - then you should see a tile for Halo 5: Guardians. Simply hit A to begin the download.

Thanks I went to the side and it's seems that it only was for a REQ Pack not for the whole game! Thanks boss!
