Problem redeeming Xbox Live Code

Hello Xbox Team and merry x-max,

So i'm having a really annoying prolem since yesterday trying to redeem my 1 year membership of Xbox Live Gold Code, and i'm getting an error message "XBOS1005" everytime :s.

Can you please guys check out the issue ?

Are you having trouble using the Xbox One Online features?

This is of course part of the launch growing process but it's being reported that Xbox One users are having issues with accessing multiplayer, redeeming their Xbox Live codes and using Squad Assualt in COD: Ghosts. It's official because Microsoft has put a message about the problem on the Xbox Live Status page. I doubt that the problem is going to last that long though, Microsoft will probably have it fixed in a few days.

Where did you purchase the code from? Is your gamertag set to the same region (country) that you physically live in?

The error code you listed suggests that it is a region issue. Gold memberships are locked to the same region they were originally meant for. If the code is for a different country than your gamertag is set for then it cannot be used.

For example, your gamertag is set for Canada but the code is for the US.

I was ready on the day to redeem for 2 day gold membership

Because I just wanted a 2 day but it is not working

Once I redeem the code on your website it said something went wrong

I kept on redeeming and nothing is helping

Please help me to play with my Xbox friends

I have the same problem I bought a digital code for xbox live, my money is gone but no live. Where is the redeem code? I suppose Microsoft will send me the redeem code to my email or live will start to work automatically.

Moreover, it's IMPOSSIBLE, to email a problem and those automated virtual 'helperd' don't hepp at all!!!
