    I have bought a game on a site called ENEBA. The game code was supposed to be used in Australia, but when I tried redeeming it on my Australia account it said the code was bought in another region.

    Check any Microsoft account you have, in case you redeemed it on another account. You can find redeemed codes in your account's order history: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/

    If it doesn't show on any account, I suggest persisting with Eneba's support. Only they could help you from here.
