problem redeeming game

I redeemed games on my account on my phone while my new xbox was installing and now I do not have them on my xbox. And can not redeem the game again

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. I suggest
removing your profile from the console and then redownloading it and trying to download the gam again.

Did you purchase the Minecraft code that you want a refund for from the Xbox Store or from a retailer (a third party vendor)?

The problem is that the code are only redeemable only in the Game itself

if you have the beta on your hdd remove it I had that problem and I could only get it to redeem when done with redeem code on the marketplace page in game . I hope it resolves your problem

If you have a XBOX 360 Console, you can redeem the X360 Games on it. I have the same Problem and redeem it on my old Console
