    Problem redeeming code for The Division Gold Edition


    I tried to redeem the code for the free season pass and other freebies. Instead, system says: "Something went wrong. Sorry about that. Please try again later." I've done this multiple times yet still nothing.

    Division Gold Edition - boxed game download code not working

    Hi all,

    I purchased a boxed version of the Gold Edition of Division, that includes a code to download the additional content, season pass, outfits. I have installed the game from disc, went to redeem my DLC code and it just gives the error "Something went wrong,
    please try again later" as if the said content cannot be found. Have tried using the code from XB1 Dashboard, and from Xbox Store link from the Division main menu, same result as above.

    Looking on the Xbox Store - there is a Gold Edition listed, but this bundle includes the base game along with season pass and outfits. I presume that this code is just for the Season Pass + Outfits as an add-on to the base game, why is the store having issues
    redeeming this? Post the supposed fix/update to the rewards vendor by Ubi, the included Gold Edition items aren't there for me.

    I understand that there's an ongoing issue with Xbox One versions of The Division and accessing add on/gold edition/extra content, just frustrating that the suppled code still will not redeem four days after release. Thanks all

    Posted this at The Division forum, as well.

    I bought the day one Gold Edition disc fron Amazon. Everything's been great. Season pass, etc. Installed on my Elite X1. Memorial Day, bought The Division as DL content for my Day One X1. Had a friend coming over and wanted to fire up on both systems
    for his inaguration into TCTD. The purchase of the $59.99 TD on my Day One X1 overrode the $99.99 Gold Edition purchase I have on my Elite X1.

    Figured, no problem, grab my QR code and get it back. Lost the code card, evidently.

    How do do I confirm the prior purchase and upgrade my Elite back to Gold Edition?

    Have you tried redeeming the code on your console and also on the store within the Xbox app? I would try both to see if it works.

    I was having the same problem. Just redeem your code on live.xbox.com. Once you entered your 25 code and it says you own it, go to games on your xbox one and select cod "gold edition." It will come up to 0.00 because you own the digital copy. Thanks

    It still includes it, it just doesn't show there where it says "this bundle Includes". You'll need to manually find/search them in the marketplace to download them if they don't show up in the "Manage Game" download/purchase history. In short Yes you will
    own the season pass and more after you've purchased it.
