    Problem Redeeming A Code


    Every time I go to redeem a code it won’t load and it’s not a internet problem because I can do everything else but redeem a code. Also I have tried this on the website, Xbox and the Xbox app. Please I need help on a way I can enter the code.

    Anyone having problems connecting to COD:AW multiplayer?

    There's problems with the Xbox Store not redeeming codes right now. I called the hotline and it was the first thing the automaton said.

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Hi, Sorry to hear you're having this issue, It sounds like a few people are having issues with code redemptions at the moment so there may be a service alert up soon. In the meantime I would check to make sure your account is up to date with accurate info
    on file so codes can be redeemed

    I'm having this issue too. Just bought my xbox and was trying to set everything up. NOT a good first impression at all.. Hope they fix this soon..

    If the season ticket is a code that can be redeemed, you may still encounter problems with redeeming that code. Because if the code is region locked, you wont be able to redeem it on your account

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".
