    I live in mexico and i bought a gift card of $300, it is supposed to be active because i have the ticket and the code of activation, but when i put it on my xbox account it says "this code is not active yet".

    I preordered Watch Dogs and my 15 dollar gift card doesn't work.

    I preordered Watch Dogs and got a 15 dollar gift card. The gift card doesn't work. I've tried redeeming it on about 5 different websites in as many ways possible but it still doesn't work. Also, it's only a 9 digit code and every place always asks for a
    25 digit code.

    I've talked to customer support but get very little help. Is anybody else having this problem and does anybody know of a way that I can redeem my 15 dollar gift card. Thanks.

    Sorry to hear it. If the message you get says it is not activated you'll need to contact the store you purchased it from and have it activated.
