Problem recording on Borderlands 2

I purchased a code for the Borderlands Pre-Sequel Season Pass, but when redeemed, it unlocked the Borderlands 2 Season Pass (which I already owned).

commerce.microsoft.com has no record of this purchase because it was bought from Best Buy, not Microsoft directly.

Please describe your problem. What exactly are trying to do?

Borderlands 2 has become 2k Games most pre-ordered title in the UK of all time. That's a pretty impressive achievement considering the company it's in.

I already have case zero and dead rising 2 off the record. So looking forward to the origonal dead rising 2 but is crackdown kind of like gta and borderlands combinded because I was looking up what the game is about and it reminded me of those 2 games.
