Problem Purchasing XOne games via Xbox.com and shop

I can buy Xbox 360 games but no XOne games pleas fix so i can pre-order AC Unity for the Xbox One

Getting Xbox 360 gold games on Xbox one

I, too, have had issues purchasing games with gold on xbox.com. However, I have had no problem acquiring the games on my X360 and XONE. I have already downloaded Dirt3 (and minimally played it) on my X360. I will test tonight to see if I can access it
on my XONE. I think the answer to your question is:

1. Download the "Free Games for Gold" on your X360.

2. Then, download the game on your XONE.

 

Purchasing and Downloading via Xbox.com....

Is there anyway to queue your DLC up to download onto your XB1 when purchasing DLC via Web Browser (xbox.com), instead of having to manually download an already redeemed (but not installed) content?

[e.g. Going to the Xbox 360 Marketplace via Xbox.com and have it queue to download].

 

What problems are you running into when you try to purchase from the website? Have you tried pre-ordering from the console?

 

yes i did, the Problem is in Oktober everything was working like it should, but since yesterday when i tryed pre ordering Unity it says use a different payment metode

 

Thats the exact problem I have when trying to pre order Assassins Creed and also when trying to purchase Call of Duty. I have tried both using my Credit Card and Paypal.

Any solutions to the problem yet?

 

Ok, this does seem to be a billing issue. I would recommend contacting Paypal to see if there's a block on it for some reason (I recently had an email from them asking me to update my account and that it would be locked out until I did so - this happened
around the end of October/early November).

If there's no issue there then you should contact phone support for your region to find out what's going on.

 

mod this didnt help i cant download halo cause its unavailable it was available for pre order 5 minutes ago but didnt accept my credit card which i used yesterday to buy destiny... is the store broken

 

FinaIman - for future reference it would be better for you to create a new thread as yours seems to be slightly different than the OP's.

You should contact your bank/credit card company to see if there's an issue with the card. Perhaps they put a hold on using it for a second large purchase from the same company.

 

hey onyx, i think its a microsoft issue. i'm getting the same error code when trying to pre load AC. Tried adding a diff card and everything. I was able to preload COD just fine last week

 

Same here n I pre-installed on my console through the store bought the gold edition n now can't play it wow

 

same problem here in germany. I tried both of my 2 credit cards and paypal. nothing works! So come get this problem solved. I want to play halo and ac and gta5 on nov 18th ;-) go go go

xbl is having tech difficulties including the marketplace. there is a service bulletin about this on xbox.com
