    Problem purchasing things through console


    I can’t purchase Xbox live or game through the console. I have to buy a code and now I bought I code I have lost access to some of my games. Both types ones I purchased online and ones I have a disc for can anyone help

    ASS4SSINO, the funny thing is that there are two cases: The users who have had this problem since purchasing the console -> hardware problem. And users who have never had this problem and after the September update started having -> software problem!

    I tried contacting MS through chat but the clerk did not know anything and forced me to replace the console! Will not help change the console if the problem is in the software!

    Hey Sam,

    Are you trying to purchase it through your xbox or Xbox.com? Because there are currently issues with Xbox.com and purchasing things - it needs to be done via your console.

    Have you tried purchasing it through Xbox.com? Does that work? Or is the problem only on your console?

    Can't buy stuff from Marketplace (web)

    Try making your purchases using your console marketplace. Web purchases have had issues but you shouldn't have any problems through your console. Let me know if this helps. =)
