    Problem Purchasing a movie from the Xbox store.


    I am having a problem purchasing a Movie from the Xbox 360 store. It says that I can not purchase it using my Account. Is there a problem going on with it?

    Sorry to hear. Are you able to purchase from the Store app's Movies & TV section? We have released a newer version of the Movies & TV UWA app (that you can install from the Store - featured in Apps), that's the latest app that supports playback, etc. And
    you should be able to purchase from the Movies & TV Store experience.

    Thanks again, and let us know if purchasing through Store doesn't work, we can investigate if you submit an issue via the Feedback app.

    MS Movies & TV Issue

    I am attempting to purchase a movie or TV show through the MS Movies & TV app on Xbox One. Keep getting error codes every time I try to purchase a Rental or Buy a Movie outright. Yet I have no problem purchasing games, add-ons, or anything else at Xbox One
    store.. It's just the MS Movies & TV app that is not allowing me to purchase anything. Any ideas why that might be or what I'm doing wrong?

    We have a similar problem and the exact massage is "you are not allowed to purchase movies on this account'. We've changed payment messages and that doesn't work. Please advise. Thanks
