Problem - purchase by international store

Hi guys.
I would like to pose a problem. Until last week, you could buy from
Marketplace Usa, by Friday evening no longer. Is there a reason? Microsoft
has been blocked, the feature region free? I would like explanations frompeople informed.

Store purchase problem

Store purchase problem

It was released in the EU (where I am) and Japan, so it shouldn't be a region problem, but it's a while since it was released so something might've changed on the back-end.

People had been taking advantage of pricing they didn't have a right to.

Games are still region free.

Buy a disc copy in the USA and you can play it in the UK but gone are the days when you could go to the Indian Marketplace and buy a £50.00 for £20.00.

Accessing a marketplace other than your home region is against code of conduct. Also using a system glitch or loophole for a financial gain is classed as marketplace theft.

I figured, that means there was an error when finalizing your purchase. The value was withdrawn, but not finalized. So this amount will be automatically reversed soon =)

This problem is quite common. You can re-purchase the item. I advise you to do it internally through the console, in the microsoft store.

Hi!

Have you tried from the website or from the console? If you've tried console and it doesn't work, try to hold down the power button for 10 secs and try again. In this way you should solve.
