    Problem profile connection


    Hello

    I downloaded halo reach on my Xbox One but I can not play it because arriving on the menu my profile is disconnected and the game asks me to connect. I tried to use my usual profile that I already had on my Xbox 360 and when I click on demare an error message
    pops up saying that the profile is not completely doxnload and I am asked to do it again on Xbox Live but I don't know What to do..

    System crashed when I was logining as my gold member account

    Same problem for specific profile login. Dashboard freeze only with xbox live connection and one of my main profile, otherwise everything is fine. Tried to use USB stick instead of harddisk and download my profile again but problem persist.

    Error 801540B7 cannot re-download profile (Não é possível baixar o perfil)

    Don't work. I deleta any corrputed file, delete my gamertag and try again many many times... CODE 801540B7 after try download my profile.

    The xbox live connection works proprer and my others 4 profiles can acess the xbox live (is not a connection problem).

    This problem is a microsoft server... -_-
