Problem processing XBox Live Code.

I am getting really frustrated, I already tried a couple of days too use my new xbox live code, When I enter the code he says this code gives you 12 months XBOX Live. And then when he wants too proces it it says something went wrong on our side, try it later.

I already tried it a couple of days too enter it but it still doesnt work, I tried it on my pc my phone the xbox one of course.

But nothing works... Can please someone help me with this? I dont know what too do

Are you having trouble using the Xbox One Online features?

This is of course part of the launch growing process but it's being reported that Xbox One users are having issues with accessing multiplayer, redeeming their Xbox Live codes and using Squad Assualt in COD: Ghosts. It's official because Microsoft has put a message about the problem on the Xbox Live Status page. I doubt that the problem is going to last that long though, Microsoft will probably have it fixed in a few days.

I am having a problem with xbox live gold subscription. All payment info is written and after hitting subscribe it shows erorr message - we are having trouble processing your payement and we would like to ... Below that meassage

same problem here, tried another code but also did not work and nothing of some sort fix on the forums...
