Problem playing windows games challanges.

Ever since the ad for Mercedes Benz has been on the Microsoft solitaire, I have been unable to play the challenges. When the ad ends the screen goes white and will not go to the games. I have attached a pic of the screen that comes on and does not allow
the games to play.

By law. There only one way enjoy video games?

I mean like playing 4 the challaenges.

looking for a official support answer. been playing since launch and the 100 matchs in 14 days challange wont update for me and im pretty sure im way over that, kinda bumed would like that challange done
