Problem playing NON disk games...PLEASE HELP

Ever since the FIFA 15 demo came out I haven't been able to play demos/ EA Access vault games/ games with gold. I installed fifa 15 demo and it wouldn't play or load it kept kicking me to the "home" screen. I reinstalled multiple times hard reset, removed
my profile and tried again to no avail. I also have tried to play FIFA 15 from EA Access since Thursday and it wont load and keeps kicking me to the home screen. BUT it does get to the screen where it tells me how much time I have left to play the trial and
it says 4 hours remaining, funny thing is I have never even gotten the game to play ONCE!

I have tried reinstalling need for speed rivals fifa 15 demo, warframe, Super Time Force, FIFA 15 from ea access and all of these titles will not load. I do have Halo Spartan **** and that game DOES load up and play correctly. I am sooo frustrated right
now I don't know what to do.

I am paying for ea access and cannot even use the service right now....EA Access worked for Madden 15 as well as NHL 15 but since last week I cant get anything to play PLEASE HELP ME!

Black ops 3 wont initialize

We have had our 1 and Black ops 3 since Christmas. We have never had any problems until recently. My son went to play and he got an error saying that we needed to insert disk. Well the disk had been in the entire time. For some reason when we put black ops 3 in it wont even recognize the disk. Madden16 and Deminsions both work just fine but our BO3 disk acts like its not even being read. Live is working good our internet is fine the disk itself has no scratches or smuges. I'm at a loss as to what we need to do. Please help, I deleted the game from the console to try and reinstall it but the game disk doesn't read at all.

Hey, Don, sorry to hear you're having this issue. I hate to say this, but since it sounds like you've tried most of the troubleshooting steps, there might only be one other thing to try. Before I suggest that, though, let me ask, when you say you've done
a hard reset, have you included unplugging the system from the wall for 5 minutes? This is a key part of the full power cycle.

If not, try that first. If you HAVE done that, or if it doesn't work once you try it, the only next step is going to be restoring your system to factory defaults, and then reinstalling one at a time. To do this:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Go to System.

3. Select "Restore Factory Defaults."

This will wipe everything off of your console and set it back to its birthday at the factory. It will then reinstall current updates and have you connect to your profile like it did when you first got it. My advice would be to try downloading one or two
of your OTHER (non-EA games) and see if they play. If they do, then DL EA Access and try getting the game where you believe the problem started. If the problem doesn't recur, then, likely, the problem is solved. If it recurs, then that is a clear indication
that EA Access (or, maybe more specifically, FIFA) is causing this issue.

All of my disk games work with no problem at all two of them are EA games (BF4 and Madden 15) I guess ill have to try your suggestion. And to answer your question I have indeed unplugged the console for more than 5 minutes a couple times after I hard reset.

What is bugging me is Halo Spartan Assault works just fine which is a games w/ gold game. However I DL'ed that game a month or more ago. It seems anything I download now just will not play unless I have it on disk.

 

so before I reset to factory settings I have a question. Will all of my profile info in games and saves be erased permanently or will they still be there in the cloud and come back after I reinstall all of my games?

 

Killer Instinct also will NOT load and neither will Super Time Force which I just dled for ha has to see if it was just EA games

 

So when you restore your console to factory defaults, all you have to do is redownload your profile, and all your games will be able to be downloaded with it. Everything is also saved to the cloud saved data, so once you download your games and your profile,
all your saved progress will still be there. Hope this helps you

 

So restoring my factory default seems to have done the trick so far. I dl'ed Killer Instinct and was able to play. I also DL'ed Warframe and was able to play. After work I am going to dl ea access and try fifa15 and need for speed rivals again....thanks

Ok so I got home from work and just was able to play need for speed rivals from ea access all is working great right now..Im dling FIFA 15 right now and I see no reason why it shouldn't work. Thanks again for the help im so happy this is all straightened
out. It was driving me CRAZY, lol
