Problem party chat help me !!!

Hello . my banishment ended October 28. I already do all manipulations (off my console, deleted my profile but it does not) I still can not talk to my friends or party chat. help me my gt is

Are you guys referring to a chat party or a game party? Are you trying to join both a game party and a chat party? If you can provide me with a bit more detail I might be able to help you diagnose the problem. Can you post exact repro steps?

They will do nothing to help you here, they do not care about the customers.

 

I ve got same. It's terrible! All they can do it's only to make horrible Dasboards

 

I'm nervous already makes 30 days that my suspension is over and I'm still locked in groups! My friends do not listen to me! I listen to them but not my friends! I'm nervous about this situation! nobody solves it! every day I enter the chat from microsoft
and nobody solves it! if I have this suspension d voice when it ends! my experience this bad because I can not talk to my friends xbox one!

 

As stated previously it is a known issue and is being reviewed by the proper parties. Admittedly, it is taking more time than anyone would think but at this point all that can be done is wait. Attacking the people in the forum is not going to accomplish
anything because they can only pass on the information provided. Hopefully, it will be resolved in the near future.

 

Numerous people are going through the same issue and that post above is not a verified answer. Don't bother hard resetting or doing any of the other useless tasks that support tells you to. They have no clue how to fix it and have done nothing to help
those who are having this issue. There was a thread with over 90 pages documenting the same problem, which is now conveniently locked so that we don't know how many more people are exposed to this problem.

All the obvious choices to mitigate this problem and enforcement/support has chosen to just let everyone continue to pay for faulty services.
