    problem opening game


    Hey, recently byed and installed "Halo3 ODST" BUT IT DOES NOT SHOW IN "My games" on the xbox one, only in "resently downloaded". When i click on the game nothing happens, the game simply wont show or start, anyone know what I can do to start the game properly?

    Problem opening games

    I was having problems on opening GTA V 2 days ago(15th) and noticed that I wasn't the only one, so i didn't give it much attention.

    Today i tried playing GTA again and it failed, then i noticed that it wasn't the only game failing, i tried reinstalling, deleting my data, checking if it works with other accounts and nothing worked.I don't know what to do.Could anyone help?

    When i try to open the game it appears for some seconds and crashes back into the menu.

    Jigsaw does not load

    Same problem here; game reaches opening splash screen then just sits there. Deletion and re-download doesn't resolve.

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps? If it doesn't then you'll need to delete the game and reinstall it. You can reinstall by going to my games and apps then
    ready to install.
