    Problem opening certain apps


    As of a couple of days ago my xbox one console can no longer navigate to certain streaming apps. For example YouTube, Hulu and CBS apps will not open amd tell me to try again later, but Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are no trouble to open. There has also been no probpem opening any games.

    I have restarted the console and i have uninstalled and reinstalled all of the affected apps, but none of that has worked. I have ecen called my internet provider but according to them there are no restrictions whatsoever on my wifi account.

    Does this sound familiar to anybody? Does this sound like a simple case of an aging console? It performs perfectly in every other respect.

    Yea this is hugely annoying. I think when certain apps launch the One needs to quit other open apps.

    I believe the eventual goal is to open up the X1 to W8 apps, so if you like a certain podcast, try and see if they can make a W8 app so that if it does open up, they are ready to go.
