    Seeing that your post is from a couple hours ago, your problem may have occurred while there was a
    problem with the Xbox Store servers today, which affected new purchases and accessing purchased content.

    The servers appear to be running fine now, so you should be good to go.

    Hey there, Echasketcheri

    It is quite possible there was a service alert with the Avatar store. Please could you try again and see if the problem rises again. I have tried accessing the store and have been able to brows items and content.

    If this is still a problem, no one else is experiencing this problem, so it could be something on your local Xbox and device. Please could you try clearing the cache for your Xbox Console by holding your power button for 10 to 20 seconds. Or until the Xbox
    One shuts down completely. Then try to reboot the Xbox to see if the problem still shows.

    Sorry to hear about the issue! The current service alert is in regards to certain Call of Duty items. Are you having the same issue, or are you having trouble accessing content unrelated to Call of Duty?

    This has nothing to do with Call of Duty. I don't even have that game. I can't add a credit card to my account, I can't buy or download a game and it's been well over a week. When is this going to be fixed?

    This has nothing to do with Call of Duty. I don't even have that game. I can't add a credit card to my account, I can't buy or download a game and it's been well over a week. When is this going to be fixed?

    Yeah, no its not. The issue is with the Microsoft store not recognising the purchased content. Unless you're telling me that EA have direct access to the Microsoft store?

    EA may well be able to provide a code to redeem in order to unlock the Microsoft store version of the content but they wont have access to the Xbox store to access proof of purchase.

    This is not "in game" content, its purchased separately through the Microsoft store, not through an in game marketplace that EA are responsible for.

    I am having this same issue. I haven't changed any settings on my router and this problem is since the latest update came out. I am connect to xbox live, however cannot access the store or retrieve online content, such as cloud saves. The console shows
    that my friends are online and I can communicate with them and use internet content such as netflix.
