i
decided to buy forza horizon 4, but i thought like that: 'lets make xbox profile first'

than i go to make xbox profile and press the confirm age button, but arror

Server Error in '/' Application.

what is that and how can i fix it

(im korean and i need to confirm age by i-pin)

Backwards compatibility question

You can login, make sure you are logged into a profile on your xbox one, then hit the back and start (view and menu) buttons in x360 mode... That brings up the option to sign into profiles and download profiles.

Even if you use another xbox 360 it should let you login to a xbox 360 profile and it should just say it was last signed in on another system. I'd make sure you are signed into a profile, if you are trying splitscreen stuff make sure your friend signs into his xbox one profile before then signing into his xbox 360 profile.

Awkward, but it works. Been busting up borderlands splitscreen in bc for a couple days.

Connected to Wifi but XB1 thinks it's offline. Can't connect to any Live services.

hi Misses Quinzel - thank you very much - signed out and in again and now works no problem. Would be nice if xbox support were aware of this issue instead of advising people to delete their profiles, making the situation worse

Set your Xbox, so that it does not automatically sign in. Then search your Xbox harddrive for profiles and delete the DigestiveSet08 profile from your Xbox's harddrive. Then make sure your pmurphy7 profile is on the harddrive and attempt to use it to login
with. See if you still have the problem

I have try hard reset, profile reset make xbox home and nothing works.

Try power cycling your xbox, modem, and router. If problems persist make sure that the profile is not corrupted on the xbox with a partial download.
