Problem of unjustified banishment of my account on the Xbox live

Hello,

I am the owner of the Xbox live account named "" who was banished of the Xbox live. It happened when I was playing Grand Theft Auto 5 online. A player annoyed me, and didn't allow me to play. So, I send him a message, but he continued. So, I signaled
him. Then, this player invited me in a chat group. I joined it, and in this group, there was around 8 persons. I presume that these persons where the friends of the player who annoyed me. So, they all signaled me for no reason, and now my account is banned.
So, I would like to have my account back and if it is possible to send a warning to the persons who signaled me for no reasons. I have the Gamertag of the person who signaled me and annoyed me if you want.

I already contacted the xbox technical support and the man with who I was speaking send me a link to arrive here because you are more qualified to resolve these sort of problems.

Banishment not justified.

Good evening, I contact you about a banishment which in my opinion is unjustified.
On 11/06/2017 at 11:55:11 I received the first banishment for "insults" that I assume totally and I will not start again.
On the other hand the second banization that I received on 13/06/2017 at 00:14:58 for harassment is for me unjustified since since 11/06/2017 it has been impossible for me to communicate from any games and Any vocal or written tchat and that therefore I do not see how I could "harass someone.
In no case have I harassed a person. Also at the time when I received the ban I was sleeping, so the second sanction I received ie a temporary exclusion of the XBOX LIVE until 27/06/2017 is unjustified .
So I kindly ask you to reactivate the possibility of replaying in multiplayer.
As for the banishment of the voice chat you can leave it, but the banning of the XBOX LIVE is too much.

Actually no one in the forums can help you with a suspension, only XBLPET handles enforcement acts.

Hi,

This is also discussed on the french forums, so he means when he clicked on his profile (upper right corner) he was redirected to the Enforcement site and unable to modify the avatar.
