    Worst experiences with Xbox Live?

    Honestly, the only problem I have is the kids that rage and shout with there mics. I mean, WHAT THE HELL. The sound is VERY annoying and VERY loud and it annoys the hell out of me. I hope the Xbox one can fix this problem because I have to mute the sound just to avoid this problem.

    Hey there PROBLEM OF SOUND / MIC :) could be that you setted something wrong in your privacy settings... Try to check there PROBLEM OF SOUND / MIC ;)

    Hello Titou!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue with your mic.

    I can understand how this could be frustrating especially if you wanna hold good teamwork when playing Squads or Duos. If you have not yet, I would suggest trying the troubleshooting steps on

    Xbox One Chat Headset troubleshooting     and see if that helps your friends hear you.

    Give that a shot and let us know how that helped.
