    Hello, I have bought an extention for GTA5, when I go on my Microsoft account I see I have the extension but when I go on my Xbox and begin to play, I don't have the extension.

    Did somedoby can help me because I can't contact Microsoft.

    What "extention" did you buy? Are you playing on Xbox 360 or Xbox One?

    GTA V's extensions are all free and only for the online part of the game. The only additional things you can buy is the GTA Online in-game currency, which is transferred to your in-game bank account of the online portion of the game.

    Depending on the pack you buy, you also get access to "bases" for your criminal operations in the online portion.

    OK,

    The problem was the extention cord the unit was plugged into. I switched to a different socket on the same cord, problem solved. Thanks for the help, I would have never expected it to be the power source.
