    Problem of connection on my Xbox Live


    Hello everyone

    My question is maybe quite stupide, but two days that I’m looking for the answer and I didn’t found anything...

    With the current problem of connexion on Xbox, I searched a solution with the error code that I saw on my screen. I found a procedure which explain me to remove my account from my console and to re-open it after.

    I will let you guess what i have done... I remove my account and finally to arrive to find the email to reconnect my account.

    All that I have is my [profanity removed by mod] gamertag...

    Someone have an idea or know how I can have acces again too my Xbox live account???
