Hello, I'm contacting you because I have a problem on my account. I had a ban on communications for 14 days but the ban is still there after 3 months. It's been 3 months since I was banned from communications when it was only 14 days. Can you fix this problem
please?

I know all this but normally the limit of banishment passed for 2 weeks, but nevertheless I am always banished, on the history it is marked that I am more banished but nevertheless when I want to play it does not work because i am always banished, i'ts a
bug i think. (sorry for my english)

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.

Give your Xbox a power cycle.

Add your account back into the Xbox.

Attempt to use the social features now.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
