    I played the game last year with no problems, but after downloading it again yesterday, I found that once the game was opened and I started to drive the map or perform a performance test, the game card would freeze and freeze, so that the whole computer would not respond and shut down. My GPU is Invida 3050 4GB Laptop and CPU is Intel 13 Generation Core I5, and I buy this game from Microsoft store. I can't find a solution now, and looking forward to answering.

    First I'll suggest you reinstall the game with your Antivirus turned off. If that doesn't help, Please try the following fixes.

    Step 1

    - Go to Xbox.com and click Sign In.

    - If there are problems with your account, the instructions will help to resolve them. - If you can't go beyond the login screen, select Forgot my password and follow the instructions.

    Step 2

    - Click the Windows + I keys

    - Click on Time and Language

    - Under Date & Time, verify that the Set time automatically setting is turned on.

    If the error still persists, try the next step.

    Step 3

    - Click the Windows + I keys

    - Click on Accounts

    - Browse to the Microsoft account you used to sign in to the Xbox app and select Remove.

    - Then go back to Xbox app and reconnect with the Microsoft account you just removed.
