    Problem med handkontroll[Problems with the Controller]


    Har ständiga problem med att handkontrollen tappar kontakten med konsolen. Har kontrollerat batterierna. Starta om konsolen hjälper inte heller.

    [Translation - Have constant problems with the controller losing contact with the console. Have checked the batteries. Restarting the console doesn't help either. ]

    Thanks for the reply! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the controller. I recommend to try power
    cycling    the console. Have you done some troubleshooting on the Xbox One Controller? If not, try this article:
    Troubleshoot your Xbox One wireless controller.

    If the problem persists, try doing a
    soft factory reset of the console,
    Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out and let us know the results.

    Thanks for your post! If your controller is having issues with disconnection, try updating it's firmware! To update the controller firmware check out this article with detailed steps on how to do so:

    How to update your Xbox One Controller    . For this instance, try updating the controller with a USB cable or on a PC to ensure the update is not interrupted.

    I've tried that to. It didn't help either. It couldn't find any updates when I searched for it.

    when you say "the handkontrolls doesn't work" do you mean the controller is not working at all, or, for example does pressing the 'A' button does not have the intended in game action?

    Does the controller work normally on the dashboard and in the guide and other games?
