    Problem mapping the triggers on the Elite Controller


    I am having some issues mapping the triggers on the Elite control to the other trigger. I am a disabled gamer and the Elite controller was the answer i needed for some games that didnt have options to change the button layouts. Sniper Elite 3 comes to mind.
    I usually play in a southpaw setting for other games such as COD and Titanfall. Basically my thumbsticks, bumbers, and triggers are all reversed,

    On my elite controller, i have the thumbsticks swapped and the bumpers swapped. However, the software will not take the triggers being swapped. The animation in the quick assign menu goes through, but the changes will nto take. If i assign a trigger to any
    other button using the advanced mapping section, i am unable to assign that trigger back to itself in the advanced mapping menu, i have to change over to the quick map to get it back to being itself. I have no problems mapping either trigger to any other button
    on the controller, except for the other trigger. LT or RT will not map to each other.

    i havent had a chance to call the support line, and the online chat crashed for me when i tried it. i just wanted to post here to get the problem known.

    Hi I have just checked the button mapping for my elite controller and there is the option available to swap sticks and also to swap triggers.

    Xbox one new "mapping" for their controllers, is anyone else having trouble with it?

    Do you have an elite controller? Thought the mapping was only available on elite

    How do I remap controller buttons for only one game?

    Are you using a regular controller or an Elite controller. You can have two different button mapping profiles on the elite and switch between them with the switch on the controller.

    I don't think the triggers can be re-mapped because they are pressure sensitive.

    i found its most useful especially on the elite controller to set deadzones on the xbox accessories app if not id map one of your paddles to the right trigger for BF1
