Problem loading content COD: MW Bundle

I have a problem.

I bought -COD: MW Bundle. But I press "to download content" the appeared download window immediately disappears and so constantly. How can this problem be solved?

Hello there. I have a problem with COD: MW Bundle on my xbox 360.

I bought this bundle on xbox marketplace.

Then I downloaded application with 58,34 MB size.

Then start it and saw text: "Press 'A' button to start download games", so i did this.

Then Xbox opened dashboard, start thinking, then everything closed and nothing else.

I checked the loading list and this is still empty.

How can i fix this issue?

Hi,

Server interruption while downloading the item is one of the possible reasons why you're encountering this issue. For us to determine the root cause, kindly answer the following questions:

Is your device connected to a wired or a wireless network?

Are you encountering this issue when downloading in-game items with other games?

Are you using an Xbox One console or a Windows 10 computer?

If you're using Xbox One, we suggest clearing the console's Alternate MAC address. Here are the steps:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart. Download the item and check if the same instance occurs.

HI, after you click to download, does it show up in the queue in your "My Games & Apps" category? Depending on if you bought the Digital Deluxe or Digital Legacy Edition, try finding the bundle and clicking the menu button, and clicking "Manage
Bundle" and see if it is listed under "Ready to install" It may also be in the "Ready to install" category of "My Games & Apps"

Mine is the same way i got the mw collection bundle and cod 4 runs fine mw2 gets to 99% of the update and returns to dashboard and i dont know about mw3 it isnt downloaded yet but its not a disk space problem at all.

Activision is aware of the issue and is trying to fix it. All you can do for now is wait it out
