Problem installing games and other apps

it is taking pain fully slow to install anything on my Xbox one. Started with battlefield 4 update that it took over two hours and it sill wouldn't budge on install. Was saying 1% the whole time. after cancelling install, as well as pausing and resuming
it still would show anything. i had to turn it off then when it came back on it said campaign was 100% but multiplayer wouldn't budge. another hour gone by and still same issue.

same thing happened with dead rising 3 which i had as a downloadable game and not disc base like battlefield 4. even updating the blu ray player app to watch a movie took forever to install for the first 20%.(it took 20 minutes).

now today i am trying to install battle field 4 again and it has been over again 2 hours and it is only at 1%. also it keeps switching to queued every now and then. it is really frustrating., i turned off my internet connection for about a minute and also
turned off xbox one. turned both back on and tried to install battlefield 4 again., the whole jumping to queued instead of installing happened again.

i am extremely frustrated and feel like throwing the console out the window. but i wont due to how much the *** thing costs.

seriously why does the game not update while not connected like the xbox 360? also on my 360 i downloaded the free games just fine. so i know it isnt my internet connection that is causing problems.

while i am trying this the stupid game went back to queued instead of installing., UUUUUUUUUGHGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHH

Issue with Apps

Hi people , i am try to install the Netflix , Crackle and Youtube , the apps is downloaded normally , but when the apps try to install is presented the status : Installing 6 % , Installing 8 % , Installing 10 % , Installing 2 % , and the apps is not installed
, if i try to install a app if I install an app that never used before it installs normally (for example : Fox Play and others)

I made a factory reset , cleaning apps and games , and the problem dont resolve , i made a power cleaning pressing the power button by 10 seconds , and the problem persists.

i tried to install again. left it on before the superbowl started and it still hasnt instlal anything. it wont even give me any options. just says install disc on the home screen. this is really making me upset.

 

Disconnect your xbox from the internet and try installing the game that way. Once it's installed you will have to connect and download any updates. But it should work. The system is trying to download both the game and any updates.

 

I having same problem Dead rising 3 has been installing fior three days. Its only at 34%. Tried your suggestion and it wont even download now says its in query

 

Yes, installing games on xbox one & cost 500.00 $$$$; takes two days just to get to 1% and never installs.... go figure... should have brought different games box.....

 

It could very well be a problem with your internet. If it sucks it's going to take a long time to install. I recomend switching if it takes three days to get to 40%. It takes 30 minutes for one of my games to install.
