    PROBLEM INSTALLING APPS IN XBOX ONE S!


    Hi, I have a problem with my xbox one that can't install applications that I want to download from the microsoft store.

    I already restored my xbox to the factory settings but I still have the problem. Only pass with the applications because I can download games and demos without problem. I need help with this and I appreciate all the answer you give me. Thanks.

    Try this, go to settings>network>network settings>advanced settings>DNS settings>manual and enter 8.8.8.8 and then 8.8.4.4

    Thanks for your response, if this issue is persisting, try checking out this article on to further troubleshooting:

    Troubleshoot game or app installation on Xbox One    . If this continues, it may be good to perform a

    soft factory reset     on your console, this will reset the operating system for your console but keep your games and apps, this effort should correct any software issues on the console.

    . When doing this on the website, the content will be placed in the ready to install section in the Xbox.

    Is there space in the hard drive?
