Problem in updating xbox One - 62.10812.0 (xb_rel_1404.140411-1830) fre (BRASIL)

In Brazil, the command "Xbox on" does not work, however it says this command is active and even question what equipment you want to connect to say Xbox on.

In one guide in devices, there is no option to include the
TV receiver

Xbox One update rolling out across the world right now

According to my OS version (6.2.10812.0 (xb_rel_1404.140411-1830) fre)I have received the update I think but I don't seem to have an option for Sky in One Guide. Can anyone confirm if the update does actually include this and if so any tips for setting it
up?

Xbox update

I think I have the latest update(6.2.10812.0 (xb_rel_1404.140411-1830) fre) but I don't see the changes. I don't get Notifications when my friends get on from the one/360 and I don't see the update feature available under system settings.please
help. thank you
