    Hey there.

    Unfortunately on the Xbox One, once you choose to use your avatar or one of the high-definition gamerpics you can't go back to the low-definition Xbox 360 gamerpic. The 360 gamerpic will still be shown on the forums here and when you're playing on an Xbox
    360 (or a backwards compatible 360 game).

    Sorry it's not the answer you were probably hoping for.

    Hey there, Amr!

    Sorry for the delay in responding. We do not work over the weekends here on the Xbox Support forums, so weekend posts tend to be a bit delayed.

    Looking at your linked thread, it appears you are running into an issue with your Xbox 360 wired controller on your PC. They had suggested that you reinstall the drivers, but it doesn't appear that you had confirmed this to be done.

    You are receiving a code 43 when it fails; this indicates that the drivers should be reinstalled. Double click on the Unknown USB Device when that appears, and click on Driver, and click Uninstall. This will remove the drivers for the controller. I suggest
    you download the drivers from the Microsoft Website instead of letting Windows 10 install them for you (this page
    should take you directly there, and you will want to select Windows 7 64-bit drivers). Plug in your controller after that and give it another shot.

    If that doesn't work, be sure to try everything on our
    Troubleshoot your Xbox 360 controller for Windows     and How to set up an Xbox 360 Controller for Windows support articles.

    Post back and let me know how it goes for you! We'll see what our next options are outside of this. Problem in the definition of the Xbox 360 :)
