Problem in left analog stick in a new wireless controller

    Hello…

I bought in December a wireless controller. From the beginning the left analog stick has problems. In the neutral position, the stick signals downwards.

For the games that I played in that time, there was not such a big problem. But with the games I am playing now (Mass Effect 2, 3) it’s really very frustrating.

Stupid by me, I have no more the invoice.

So, the question is, can I get a warranty replacement without any invoice, and if yes, what have I to do?

    :)

  2. Xbox controllers are the worst

I just did a google search for analog stick drift and found this thread. I have a black official 360 wireless controller that has this problem. It's one of the newer models with the glossy finish. The left analog stick drifts downward when I'm playing games.
When I leave the controller alone without me touching it, my character keeps moving backwards as if the analog stick is being pushed downwards. I've tried opening the controller up and switching the sticks, but that didn't help. I don't really want to buy
another new controller in case I have the same problem. I'll have to find one of the older models (which don't have the glossy finish) - never had this problem with any of the earlier controller models. I don't think the older models are being manufactured
any more though so I'll have to look for a used one I guess.

  3. XBOX ONE Elite controller right analog stick malfunction

Elite controller barely used, right analog stick won't work at all. Happened suddenly while playing BF1. Done recommended (by microsoft) troubleshooting including controller update. When attempting to register the problem in microsoft device management, I'm
only left with various options to purchase new replacable parts, which obviously isn't the problem. The analog stick does not appear jammed, nor has any trauma befallen the controller. Software problem? Is there anywhere to send the controller for repairs?

  4. Problem in left analog stick in a new wireless controller

That seems like a broken/sticky analog stick. I would either contact a local gaming/repair shop to fix it, or just buy a new one. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to PM me. Problem in left analog stick in a new wireless controller :)
